Don’t litigate , Mediate ….
The new Mediation Act 2017 provides that Solicitors and Barristers are now obliged to inform you of the Alternative to litigation in the Irish Courts through Mediation. Litigation is less efficient and costly. The Courts will decide the measures to be implemented for the future as opposed to The Family finding their own workable solutions going forward.
It is encouraging to note, during a recent meeting in the Four Courts , the Irish Courts fully support the valuable work of Mediators in Ireland.
